Had a problem with a previously installed new shutter and Phil and Dawid were only to happy to help me out to come and repair it. They were so friendly and professional and explained to me what had had gone wrong with the initial installation. Can highly recommend them and am so sorry that I did not use them for our shutters. Phil has a huge wealth of knowledge on shutters, and took so much care to explain what shutters would be best for our needs and various window shapes, and not pushing the most expensive items available, but listening to our thoughts and giving great recommendations. Excellent fitting service blinds look great would highly recommend. Bear in mind blinds are made to order so there is a lead time between measuring and fitting. Good quality hardwood material providing flexible lighting option.
